Our Inn rates are based on single
or double occupancy, not including 12% tax, and may change without

a 7 day per room notice of cancellation prior to the arrival
date for a full refund. Reservations are guaranteed with a Visa
or MasterCard and payment is due upon arrival. From May to November
we do require a two night minimum stay on weekends and 3 nights
are required for all holiday weekends.
