Two night minimum required on most weekends. Three night minimum on some long holiday weekends. Reservations will be held for one week only pending receipt of full lodging cost. This is a small independantly owned inn that relies on advance bookings. A seven day notice is required for a refund. There is an $80 prodessing charge for any cancellation. If there is less than seven days notice there is no refund unless the room is rebooked.
